Summary

The main scientific developments of scientists of the Central Experimental Station of Artificial Insemination of Farm Animals on the problems of biology and physiology in livestock were generalized, which aimed at establishing the faundation of development of the generative function of livestock and developing effective methods for its improvement, improving existing methods for assessing family quality, and preventing sexually transmitted diseases. The practical significance of the scientific research on the biology and physiology of reproduction of farm animals in the experimental station in improving the reproductive function of the livestock, the fight against infertility has been shown. The methodological basis of the research search is the general scientific principles of historical authenticity, scientific objectivity, continuity and dialectical understanding of the general scientific process, general scientific and historical methods, source study analysis.
