Summary

The article presents the dynamics of the formation of a special fund of the National Academy of Agricultural Sciences of Ukraine (NAAS) as a result of transfer of innovation from the academic sector to agroformations in terms of scientific and innovation centers of the Academy (2008-2013) and during (2014-2015) ATO in Ukraine. The structure of NAAS special fund budget by transfer by zones of the impact of NAAS has been analyzed. System analysis of implementing by agroformations innovative scientific centers of innovation for the period of 2008-2015 showed that only the Left-Bank Forest-Steppe Scientific Innovation Center of NAAS (Poltava, Sumy, Kharkov and Donetsk and Luhansk regions) provides the growth of funds of the special fund budget of NAAS through the transfer of innovation during the ATO.
