FOREWORD
The creative idea of this Abstract Journal Agroindustrial Complex of Ukraine (AJ AIC) is to inform
scientists and specialists about main native country achievements in agroindustrial complex develop-
ment in order to implement it into practice of full value in time, to be the source of fulfillment of operative
search of information, interstate exchange of information massive.
The Journal is reference for specialists and employees of scientific and technical information
branch.
AJ functions in several trends, including:
• operative acknowledgement of wide circle of scholars and experts with new publications in
sphere of science and technique;
• special search of necessary information from all branches of agriculture;
• promotion in integration of sciences;
• interbranch and interstate exchange of information;
• informing about the most innovative products, methods and technologies.
While preparing of AJ the following methodical principles are foreseen: theme structuring, planning
of issues, selection of sources, their previous processing, design of bibliographic list, preparing texts of
abstracts, based on learning and generalization of principles of acting standards and recommendations
of prominent specialists in these questions.
It is worth to emphasize that AJ of such a structure and specialization (according to trends of diver-
sified system) is published for the first time. It is also created for the first time by co-workers of National
Scientific Agricultural Library of National Academy of Agricultural Sciences of Ukraine.
Editorial board and editorial council consist of prominent scholars of agricultural branch, which
allows evaluating the level of abstract publishing.
Taking into consideration creation of AJ under circumstances of dynamic demand on production
of intellectual labor and material security of AIC as well, it is allowed to publish Journal with different
quantity of abstracts, advertisement, polygraph design.
The selection of literature for reweaving is stipulating by research and practice actual importance,
original elaboration of the problem.
Periodically of the edition — 4 issue per year. We hope this information will be of great interest
for scholars, professors and other specialists of agroindustrial complex and of course, for agricultural
libraries’ and science-technical information organizations’ staff as well.
Our AJ will take orders for publication of advertisements of scientific and technical orientation.
The AJ Editorial Board will appreciate your remarks, wishes and proposals concerning the jour-
nal’s contents and design.
